Improving Daily Operations Through Real-Time Visibility, Smoother Workflows, Accurate Designs, & Evaluating the Use of Digitalization for Maximum Output
11:00 am

Digitalization has become imperative in improve workflow visibility, strengthening coordination across teams, and leveraging design technologies that enhance accuracy and speed. As contractors face rising expectations for efficiency and tighter alignment between design and field execution, digital tools are unlocking smarter, more predictable project delivery.

This workshop will gather experts to discuss:

  • Integrate digital tools into existing workflows to boost efficiency, enhance BIM/VDC accuracy, and improve labour and productivity reporting
  • Eliminate inefficiencies and strengthen workforce buy-in by demonstrating how technology is reducing workload- not jobs
  • Leverage advanced AI and improved design-to-field coordination to enhance forecasting, decision-making, and cross-functional communication
