With over 33 years of experience in mechanical construction, including 15 years as a Superintendent and 3 years as a Project Manager, I bring extensive expertise in prefabrication, estimating, lean implementation, manpower placement, and field foreman training. My background includes 11 years as a Job Site Foreman managing production, material procurement, and coordination with trades and owners, along with completing the UA Local 137 Apprentice Program. I hold an Illinois State Plumbing License, Med Gas Certification (NFPA 6010) and am a certified Med Gas Instructor (NFPA 6050), along with OSHA 30-hour certifications, and I am ASHE Certified. Representative healthcare projects include the MMC Infrastructure Update and Surgery/Tower Expansion, featuring boiler and chiller replacements, new medical gas systems, and installation of 114 mechanical prefab racking systems, as well as the SMH 2G floor remodel of 22 patient rooms. My career has focused on delivering complex projects in active healthcare environments through strong leadership, coordination, and a commitment to safety, efficiency, and team development. The last 3 years focusing on prefabrication and shop setup, implementation of technology and automation to our shop.
